Refund policy

7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason.

Return requests must be submitted within the return window starting from the delivery date shown on the tracking information.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Foam blasters must not be modified in any way.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at order@idealfoamblaster.com to request a return.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions on how to proceed.

Important: Customers must arrange and pay return shipping; we do not provide return labels.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties/taxes incurred during return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged,
  • You received the wrong item, or
  • There is another issue with your order.

We’ll work quickly to evaluate the problem and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., customised colour product, custom design product).
  • Personal goods (e.g., hygiene products, face mask, goggle).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, lubrication, grease or gases.
  • Sale items, gift cards and perishable goods.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the unwanted product as per the instructions above. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at order@idealfoamblaster.com.

Returning Goods (Important)

When returning goods, ensure they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

IFB is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, held, or seized during return shipping. We cannot issue refunds for items lost, damaged, or seized during return shipping.

All approved returns must be sent to our Singapore warehouse only, unless we provide alternative instructions in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Preorders: Cancelling a preorder product will result in the forfeiture of any prepaid deposit.

Prepaid deposit orders that have been fulfilled or shipped cannot be cancelled. If you are unsure about the status of your preorder, contact us at order@idealfoamblaster.com to check before requesting cancellation.

Non-preorder orders: Non-preorder orders can only be cancelled before fulfillment/dispatch.

To request a cancellation, email us at order@idealfoamblaster.com with proof of the transaction.
