Welcome to Ideal Foam Blaster / IFB (“IFB”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from us.

By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from our site. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products (Toy Blasters / Accessories) & Legal Compliance

Our products may include foam blasters, gel blasters, airsoft-style items, parts, and accessories (collectively, “Products”). Laws and import rules vary by country/state.

You are solely responsible for:

  • confirming the Products are legal to buy, own, import, and use in your location; and
  • complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions.

3. Orders, Acceptance, and Refusal

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time, including (for example) due to:

  • product availability or pricing errors,
  • suspected fraud or misuse,
  • shipping restrictions to your destination,
  • carrier limitations or customs risk.

If we cancel after payment, we will process a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled item(s) in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

4. Pricing, Currency, Taxes & Duties

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.

Taxes, GST/VAT, duties, customs fees, and import charges are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout. You are responsible for any such charges imposed by your country or carrier.

5. Shipping, Warehouses, Split Shipments, and Tracking

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Warehouse selection: Where available, customers may be able to select a fulfillment warehouse (e.g., Singapore or China). Some Products may only be available from a specific warehouse.

Split shipments: Orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to warehouse location, availability, weight, safety/transport constraints, or operational reasons. You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and packages may arrive on different days.

Tracking updates: Tracking may take 24–72 hours (or longer for cross-border shipments) to show movement after the label is created or the parcel is handed to the carrier.

6. Customs, Seizures, and International Shipping Risks

International shipments may be inspected, delayed, returned, restricted, or seized by customs or other authorities. Customs delays are outside our control; delivery times are estimates.

If your shipment is stopped, delayed, returned, or seized due to laws/regulations in your jurisdiction or customs/carrier decisions, you acknowledge and accept the risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from customs stoppage, seizure, or import refusal.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, replacements, store credit, and refunds (if any) are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Refund Policy (published on our site).

8. Preorders / Deposits

If we offer preorders or deposit-based orders, the specific preorder terms shown at purchase (including estimated ship dates, allocation rules, and cancellation eligibility) apply.

Unless required by applicable law, prepaid deposit / preorder orders that have been fulfilled or shipped cannot be cancelled. If in doubt, contact us at order@idealfoamblaster.com as soon as possible.

9. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards

Discount codes and promotions may have conditions, expiration dates, and item exclusions. We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable except where required by law.

10. Product Use, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Products must be used responsibly and in accordance with any instructions and safety guidance. You are responsible for safe handling, storage, and use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from misuse, unsafe use, or use contrary to local laws.

11. Customer Information & Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including correct shipping address and contact details. You are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information you provide.

12. Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, logos, product descriptions, design, and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to IFB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.

13. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • use the site for unlawful purposes;
  • attempt to bypass or interfere with site security;
  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; or
  • misuse our Products in a way that violates laws or harms others.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and Products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • IFB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue/data arising out of your use of the site or purchase/use of Products.
  • IFB’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IFB and its directors, officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or misuse of the site or Products.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or the Products shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
