Through extensive CNC redesign and material optimization, this upgraded assembly reduces reciprocating mass while improving durability, resulting in faster acceleration, smoother operation, and increased muzzle velocity without compromising long-term reliability.

At the heart of the upgrade is a newly lightened CNC plunger, reducing its weight from over 120 grams to just over 80 grams. The significant reduction in moving mass allows the plunger to accelerate more efficiently under spring load, delivering an average muzzle velocity increase of approximately 10–15 FPS or more, depending on the build configuration.

The redesigned plunger head features a larger contact surface paired with high-density rubber padding to better absorb firing impacts. This durable design eliminates the need for traditional O-ring dampening while significantly extending component lifespan and reducing maintenance frequency. Complementing the plunger is a revised CNC pusher inspired by the Gold/Zaku E2 batch, featuring M4 hardened steel, factory thread-locked nuts for superior alignment, wear resistance, and long-term reliability. Additional lightening of the pusher further refines the firing impulse for a smoother and more controlled shooting experience.

Customers who opt for in-shop installation by IdealFoamBlasters technicians will receive full warranty coverage for the installation and the upgraded components, subject to our standard warranty terms and conditions. Any manufacturing defects or installation-related issues arising from work performed by our technicians will be fully supported by IdealFoamBlasters.
